Maintaining Your Ongoing Learning and Development app for iPhone and iPad

In todays rapidly changing world of work, it’s increasingly important that staff don’t see learning as a one-off exercise that they do when they are gaining a qualification. More and more, people are being expected to be able to adapt and take on new or changed roles in the workplace.

This resource provides some assistance for social service workers in taking practical steps to maintain their ongoing learning and development and encourages them to see learning as a lifelong and life-wide exercise.
